Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2001. Achieved the Arab Board in Family Medicine in 2007 & the International Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners UK (MRCGP) in 2008.
In 2009 Dr Mansoor availed Masters with distinction in Occupational Health from the University of Birmingham-UK.
Dr. Mansoor worked in the Ministry of Health (U.A.E) 2001-2003 and worked in Dubai Health Authority from 2004 to 2009 as a resident in the family medicine program, then as Specialist Registrar family physician .In October 2009 he was appointed as the Head of Community Health program services Section.
In January 2010 Dr Mansoor moved to Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company (du) as the Director of medical & occupational health services in the HR department, and established two in-house family medicine staff clinics & a dedicated employee wellness department.
In 2012 he became the regional chair for the international association of worksite health promotion. (IAWHP)
Dr. Mansoor is widely published on occupational health related topics in local newspapers. He has a weekly column in the Arabic newspaper “ Al-Bayan” since August 2012. He was the co-author in the study of overweight & obesity among secondary school students in Dubai 2006.
